Now I am pretty sure I have actually completed this challenge several times before in the past. I remember being a 16 year old girl on holiday with my friends in Newquay where we all had a chilly afternoon nap on the beach. I also am sure every sunny holiday I have been on has resulted in some moments of shut eye whilst sunbathing beach side.
The original plan for this challenge was to camp on the beach on the Isle of Wight during the round island cycle ride however our bodies had over ideas, so this was not to be. So today, a sunny but blowy January day I nestled down into my sleeping bag on Clymping Beach for a little snooze!
Sleep on the beach - complete!!
