Finally, I had to also make a dessert and decided that Lamingtons would be safer than a Pavlova! Here is the recipe:

The Method:
1) Mix up the cake mix and put into the oven:
2) Then slice the cake into chunks.
3) Combine the icing sugar, cocoa powder and water and heat over a pan. 
4) Dip the cake in the chocolate so it is completely covered and then roll in the coconut.
5) Leave to harden and serve!
